Clients are offered an additional (24 hr.) grace period beyond their scheduled date of payment before it is considered late. If your scheduled payment exceeds the 24hr. grace period, your payment is considered late, and all project requests will be paused. If payment is not received within (72 hrs.) of the scheduled date, your services will be canceled.
Any/All requests in progress up until this point will be emailed to client (as is). Zero refunds on services rendered.
